Most builds land between $25,000 and $60,000, fully owned. What moves the number is scope — how much of your operation the platform covers, and how many of the tools you already run it needs to connect to. You get a fixed build price in writing before development starts.
What does discovery include?
Discovery is $5,000 and takes two weeks. We map your operation and deliver a full system spec plus a fixed build price. It credits toward your build — and if you decide not to go ahead, the spec is yours to keep either way.
Why not just pay for a subscription?
Off-the-shelf platforms charge per seat, every month, and the bill grows as you hire. A custom platform is a one-time build you own: the code, the data and the brand are in your name from day one. No per-seat fees, no licence, and no price increase as your team grows.
