Terms of Service
Last updated on 22 Oct 2026
Shadow Projects is a brand operated by Arxstone Capital LLC, based in Rossville, Georgia. These terms cover your use of shadowprojects.co, including booking a call with us through the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
1: Using the Website
You may use this website to learn about Shadow Projects, contact us, and book a call. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break or disrupt the site, get into parts of it you aren’t meant to access, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
2: Booking a Call
You can book a free 20-minute call through our scheduling page, which uses Calendly. When you book, the details you enter are processed by Calendly under its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a call doesn’t commit you or us to any project. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you.
3: No Offer or Contract Through the Website
Nothing on this website is an offer, quote or contract. Descriptions of our platform, our process and typical timelines, such as how quickly a simple tool can be working, describe how we usually work. They aren’t a promise for any particular project. Any project work, including scope, price, timeline, ownership and support, is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by you and Arxstone Capital LLC.
4: Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, logos and the Shadow Projects name, belongs to Arxstone Capital LLC or is used with permission. You may view and share pages from the site for your own information, but you may not copy, change or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of software we build for a client is set out in that client’s written agreement, not in these terms.
5: Third-Party Links and Services
This website links to and uses services run by other companies, such as Calendly for scheduling, analytics providers, and our social media and Google profiles. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. Client reviews shown on this site are reproduced from public Google reviews.
6: Disclaimers
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” for general information only. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.
7: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Arxstone Capital LLC and Shadow Projects are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8: Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9: Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
10: Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
