Websites and local SEO
Contractor websites, set up for local search
Shadow Projects builds custom Framer websites for contractors, built for local search. We build the site and transfer it to your own Framer account, so you own it.
What’s included in a contractor website?
One page per service
Structured data that tells search engines what you do and where
Google Business Profile optimization
Search Console setup
Call and booking tracking, so you can see which visits turn into calls and bookings
Who have we built sites for?
We moved CH Roofing from WordPress to Framer, and we build sites for other contractors, including Tarbox Land Services. Jon Tarbox left this Google review:
“I could not be happier with the business website these guys built for me. They are Professionals in every aspect and will not disappoint. 100% highly recommended.”

Can you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking. Rankings also depend on things outside the website, like how close a searcher is to you, your Google Business Profile and your reviews. What we control is the website itself, built properly for local search.
How do I get started?
We work with contractors across the Chattanooga area, north Georgia and the rest of the US. Book a free 20-minute call about your website. To track the leads it brings in, see contractor CRM and lead tracking.
Common questions
Who owns the website?
You do. We build the site in Framer and transfer it to your own Framer account, where it’s hosted under your plan. When the build is paid in full, ownership of the code, IP and data transfers to you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what the site needs, so there’s no one price. We can price the build as a project or work hourly, and we go through it on the free 20-minute call. Hosting runs on your own Framer plan.
How long does a website take?
You get a firm go-live date on the first call, and you review working pages, not mockups.
